We believe all members, regardless of age, income or account balance, should have access to financial advice services to help you feel comfortable about making decisions about your financial future.
As a member of AustSafe Super you can access personal advice relating to your superannuation, including consolidation, investment choice, taxation and contributions through the Personal Money Coaches at Money Solutions*.
AustSafe Super recognises that members benefit from receiving financial advice and have selected Money Solutions for their experience in providing access to advice in easy to understand language. The cost of this service is covered in your membership in AustSafe Super.
How it works.

 
1.     Simply call AustSafe Super on 1300 131 293 and ask to speak to a Money Coach.
2.     The superannuation advice can be delivered by telephone or online – you choose.
3.     The first piece of personal coaching you receive about managing your superannuation is FREE to you, paid for by AustSafe Super.
4.     Should you decide to get more detailed advice or a financial plan, Money Solutions may charge a fee that will be agreed upfront. These fees can be paid out of your superannuation account, just ask the Money Coach about it.

What does it Cost?

 
You don’t need to feel as sick as a dog about the costs, because Money Solutions does not accept commission, and are paid on a fee for service basis only. This way you can be sure the advice given is in your best interest.
The first piece of superannuation related advice is covered by AustSafe Super.
Any additional advice will be quoted to you upfront and in writing so you are fully aware of any costs before proceeding. All advice should show you how to make money or save money, so you will see value for the fees you pay.
