How do I join?
Becoming an AustSafe Super Employer is easy, CLICK HERE to join now.

How do I join up my employees?
Whatever your type of business, AustSafe Super has an option to register your employees that will be right for you. Choose from any of these options:
- Give your employees a copy of the Industry Member Guide or an Employee Information Form and ask them to complete the Membership Application Form and either return it to you or post it back to AustSafe Super to the address on the form.
Or
- Provide your employee details including their full name, address, date of birth and the date they joined your organisation when you make your superannuation payments, either on the back of your Contribution Return or add them on through EmployerAccess®
Already a member? If one of your new employees is already a member of AustSafe Super, you just need to include their AustSafe Super member number with your payment information.

Flexible Payment and Processing Options
AustSafe Super offers you a variety of options for paying and processing your super contributions. The option that is best for you will depend on the number of employees you pay for and your payroll preferences and systems. Check out the options below:
EmployerAccess®
Process and pay online anytime 24 hours, 7 days a week without the need for any paperwork
Payroll File
Submit your contributions using your payroll system either through EmployerAccess® or via email. Then make your payment using BPAY®, EFT, Direct Debit or by cheque.
Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
Process your contributions at Employer Access ® or by emailing your spreadsheet to AustSafe Super. Then pay using BPAY®, EFT, Direct Debit, or by cheque.
Contribution Returns
This is a manual form that will be sent to you each month. Complete your contributions on a paper form and return by post along with a cheque. You can also pay by BPAY®.
SuperClear® Clearing House Facility
This facility allows you to process and pay contributions for all employees at one time, even those who aren't members of AustSafe Super. You will need to use EmployerAccess ® to access this facility.

Online Access to your Account
EmployerAccess® is our secure online facility that allows you to process and pay your contributions at a time that suits you, without the need for any paperwork.
There will be no running around chasing your tail with EmployerAccess®. You can:
- Submit your contribution details online and pay anytime 24 hours, 7 days a week
- Add in new employees and update member details like TFN's
- View or update business account details like your address, telephone contacts or email
- Keep track of your past contributions to AustSafe Super
To register for EmployerAccess® call the AustSafe Super Customer Service Centre on 1300 131 293 to get your user name and password. After that you can access to your account from the EmployerAccess® Login on the home page.
