Notes

Investment Fees are an estimate based on the investments held in each Investment Option and may change throughout the year.
Performance Fees are estimated based on the average performance fees paid by the Trustee over the last five years to 30 June 2015 to the investment managers it has appointed.
Prior to 31 December 2013, the MySuper (Balanced) Investment Option was known as the Balanced Investment Option.
Inception for the CRF Capital Stable option was 1 April 2013. The average performance fee is based on an estimate of the performance fees paid by the Trustee on applicable assets for the five years to 30 June 2014.
